Hi there! Can you please explain a little more about how we will checkin if there is a shared living room area? Do all rooms have separate keys?

Hi there, Our hotel has 5 beautiful and fully equipped bedrooms, everyone with his own private bath room and keys. There is also a common area, we do not offer a 24h reception service but we can plan the check in and I'll be there to welcome you.

Do you have a lift in the building. I would like to book a room for my parents-in-law but they will find lots of stairs very hard.

Lunaria suites is located at the mezzanine floor without lift (but is just 10 steps away). Let me know if I cold help you in any other ways.

What would you highlight about Lunaria Suites
Wonderful
Loved the location, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city! But an easy, scenic 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to see. Plus, it’s near some of our favorite Florence restaurants too. Very clean and new! Spacious with comfortable beds and working A/C (an huge plus for us!) and We’d definitely come back. We checked in late and out very early so we didn’t get a chance to interact with the staff, but they were very accommodating if we needed to text them. It felt more like a bed and breakfast or nice Airbnb, rather than a full service hotel. Didn’t bother us though, but wanted to note.
The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors if they were being loud.

Great location. Central but not. Loved the room. All very stylish but cosy. Loved the books. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.
